Gemma has spent time on a number of secondments to our Corporate department in London, where her work focused on the restructuring of a financial institution in line with ring-fencing legislation and, more recently, working with the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team. Gemma is part of ADL’s Corporate team and mostly provides assistance on ECM and Public M&A transactions, including assisting on the sale of a FTSE 250 company. Gemma is also part of ADL’s Incorporations team.
