Michael is a project finance specialist.
His practice encompasses corporate and acquisition financing, structured/leveraged finance transactions and derivatives (including project financing hedging arrangements). His clients include sponsors, export credit agencies, multilateral financial institutions and commercial banks. Michael has extensive experience in the development and financing of projects in the power, infrastructure, mining and oil & gas sectors, in Asia, Australia and the Americas. In the Indonesian power sector, Michael specialises in renewable power projects (including solar, geothermal, hydro, and wind projects).
