Niamh has experience of advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of finance matters, including acquisition/leveraged financings, corporate lending, fund finance, trade and commodities finance, asset-backed financings, refinancings and restructurings.
Niamh has particular experience in managing major complex cross-border financings in the trade and commodities sector, including new money structured commodities financings and trade and commodities-related restructurings.
