Alana has experience of advising both global banks and independent trustee and agency providers on all aspects of international capital market and banking transactions across a variety of sectors.
Her experience includes advising on project financing, loan agency, structured finance (including CLOs and repackagings), securitisations (including CMBS and RMBS), bond and sukuk issuances (including debut, standalone and tap) as well as defaults, restructurings, amendments, consent solicitations and exercises of trustee discretion. Alana’s expertise spans the European, APAC and META markets, having spent time in the firm’s London, Singapore and Dubai offices. Alana also has experience working with A&O Shearman’s Advanced Delivery & Solutions and Markets Innovation Group.
