Clive has a wealth of experience in driving Organisational Behaviour change for major global organisations.

He spearheads change initiatives for major institutions across various sectors, applying a practical and enthusiastic approach and drawing on a robust risk and finance background to advise clients on sensible and effective strategies that foster a strong cultural and commercial outcome for the firm.

Clive has conducted a number of in depth culture reviews across a number of sectors and delivered culture training worldwide, engaging thousands of employees in culture focus groups. He has a keen ability to diagnose cultural challenges, propose effective solutions, and foster a culture of engagement and openness.

Clive also has considerable experience in facilitating training sessions for clients. He provides a number of organisational behaviour training solutions, in online and face to face modes, tailored to the needs and objectives of diverse audiences, using a wide range of collateral on topics such as D&I, microaggressions, and harassment.

Designing and assisting implementation of an end to end culture strategy for a global corporation.

Running a number of culture reviews for large corporations including a hosting a considerable number of focus groups, held both virtually and in person.

Conducting organisational behaviour reviews for a number of cross sector clients.

Leading culture focus groups for both financial and non-financial sectors, including Non-Government Organisations and the Metropolitan Police Professional Standards Board.

Delivering intensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training globally for a well-known global corporate which included running over 300 in person full day training sessions to nearly 10,000 employees.
