Allen & Overy advises Zendesk on its acquisition of AI-powered quality management platform Klaus

Allen & Overy has advised Zendesk, Inc. (“Zendesk”), a leading global technology company that provides software-as-a-service and customer experience (CX) products, on its acquisition of Klaus, an AI-powered quality management platform, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia.

The acquisition of Klaus is the latest addition to Zendesk’s existing workforce engagement management solutions. More information from Zendesk regarding the transaction can be found in its announcement of the signing of the deal and its recent closing.
