A&O Shearman advised Axis Capital, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, JM Financial Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) as underwriters on the INR11.15bn IPO of Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited, which listed on The National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited in India.

Zinka Logistics is India’s largest digital platform for truck operators, with 27% of the country’s truck operators using the platform.
