  • Dr. Max group on their first retail bond issue on the Czech capital market in a total nominal value of CZK5bn.
  • A subsidiary of a multinational financial institution on the 2022 update of its EUR7bn international mortgage covered bond programme and the subsequent three EUR500m mortgage covered bond issuances under the programme, including a first ever green mortgage covered bond issuance by a Czech bank.
  • Raiffeisenbank on its EUR500m issuance of senior non-preferred MREL-eligible sustainable notes issued under its international debt issuance programme. It is a transaction which is unique in the entire CEE region.
  • WOOD & Company Financial Services in connection with the secured domestic bond issuance by SATPO finance.
  • Komerční banka as the arranger, co-lead manager, co-lead exchange manager, fiscal and paying agent and listing agent and a subsidiary of a multinational financial institution as arranger, co-lead manager and co-lead exchange manager with an update of the bonds programme of HB Reavis Finance CZ II, an increase of its maximum limit to CZK 4bn and an exchange offer of existing Czech law governed bonds and new bonds issuance by HB Reavis Finance CZ II.
