As approved by the Shanghai Justice Bureau in December 2019, A&O established the joint operation office with Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm (“Lang Yue”) in China.

Lang Yue is a PRC law firm founded in Shanghai in 2014, with a branch office established in Beijing in November 2020.  

The Lang Yue team has extensive practical experience in dealing with China related transactions and disputes or matters involving PRC law.
