Create a new folder for each blog post, file content and key emails including final approval for publishing. 

A copy of the Sitecore guide can be found here, I recommend you print this out prior to your training with the digital team so you can have all your notes in the one place. 
Ensure all blogs comply with the brand guidelines, do not be afraid to send authors amends if they draft content that is off brand. Key things to watch for are ISO codes and US style dates.

There are two umbrella campaigns (below) on the blog, ensure formatting including titles remains consistent with all new posts in the series.
