Adam Hakki Recognized as a “Litigator of the Year” at the American Lawyer’s Industry Awards 2023

On November 15, 2023, Adam Hakki, Shearman & Sterling’s Senior Partner was recognized as a “Litigator of the Year” at The American Lawyer’s 2023 Industry Awards, held in New York City. Adam received this recognition as one of eight preeminent litigators in the United States, honored for their work on the most important and precedent-setting matters of the year. During the relevant period, Adam led trial teams to a remarkable string of courtroom victories in cases alleging billions of dollars in damages for top corporations in the technology, media, and financial services industries.

This is the second time in three years that Adam has received this prestigious recognition, having been previously named an American Lawyer “Litigator of the Year” in 2021. This September, Adam was also named a Law360 MVP for the fifth consecutive year.
