Allen & Overy advises on LC Logistics’ listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
LC Logistics is an integrated cross-border seaborne logistics service provider in China. Its services cover all major aspects of the cross-border logistics process and it has a global logistics network covering key destinations in North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia, East Asia and Southeast Asia.
Hong Kong partner Jonathan Hsui commented: “We are delighted to have assisted our clients in LC Logistics’ listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, being one of the first ‘red-chip’ listings under the new CSRC filing regime. This listing demonstrates our commitment and ability to execute milestone transactions for our clients in international capital markets”.
The A&O team is led by Hong Kong-based partner Jonathan Hsui and co-led by counsel Ryan Tou, with support from a team of associates from our Hong Kong office and the Allen & Overy Lang Yue (FTZ) Joint Operation Office in Shanghai, including Rosie Wang, Matthew Chan, Yvonne Wong, Tim Qiao and Hannah Huang, and trainee Tomson Pong. Partner Kung-Wei Liu provided U.S. law input with support from associates Zoe Guan, Nick Ognibene and Ben Vallimarescu.
