For a sixth consecutive year, Allen & Overy LLP (“A&O”) will host its popular U.S. Leveraged Finance Training Camp (“LFTC”) on November 1, 2022.

This innovative program offers banking and credit professionals an in-depth look at the fundamental concepts underpinning leveraged finance and private debt transactions. A&O’s team of senior attorneys will once again gather emerging leaders in the industry to examine topics including the anatomy of a leveraged capital structure, financing commitments, key covenant concepts, credit agreements, recurring revenue financings, restructuring fundamentals and cross-border considerations, in addition to the latest legal and commercial developments in the market.

Last year, LFTC garnered a record audience of more than 1,700 participants from 80 of the most well-regarded banking, private credit, private equity and financial advisory firms in the U.S. and abroad. This year’s program is expected to draw similarly robust attendance and will include an in-person component in New York coupled with the global live-stream.

Todd Koretzky, the firm’s Leveraged Finance Partner leading LFTC noted, “We’re thrilled with the continued enthusiasm for LFTC from across the market. Every year demand for this unique program increases and new firms join the roster of attendees. We take pride in the trust our clients, their clients, and friends of the firm have placed in A&O to contribute to training their emerging talent and most promising professionals.”

“As the leveraged finance industry continues to evolve, with private credit and direct lending augmenting the broadly syndicated market, it is more important than ever to offer this kind of knowledge sharing with our clients and peers,” said Jake Mincemoyer, the firm’s U.S. Head of Leveraged Finance.
