Both legacy firms, Allen & Overy (A&O) and Shearman & Sterling, have been active participants in the Mansfield Initiative for several years. The Mansfield Initiative is widely regarded as one of the most comprehensive and recognized DE&I-focused benchmarks evaluating law firms in the U.K. and the U.S.
