A&O Shearman advises Amundi on an impact fund dedicated to unlisted SMEs and mid-cap companies

A&O Shearman has advised Amundi on the creation and structuring of “Amundi Private Equity Transition Juste”, an impact fund dedicated to supporting unlisted SMEs and mid-cap companies that offer solutions for environmental transition and decarbonization.

This impact fund has raised EUR100 million following the first closing. The fund’s expected target size is EUR200 million.

The fund is in line with market regulatory standards, particularly Article 9 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and is consistent with the European taxonomy.

The A&O Shearman team was led in France by partner Antoine Sarailler and counsel Benjamin Lacourt.
