EcoPro Global Hungary Zrt turns to A&O Shearman on its USD860 million financing for the construction of an EV battery cathode active material manufacturing factory in Hungary

EcoPro Global Hungary Zrt is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EcoPro BM, a leading global cathode producer. This transaction represents the first green loan financing undertaken by EcoPro BM.
