A&O Shearman advises Jefferies and Peel Hunt in Raspberry Pi's GBP542 million London IPO

A&O Shearman is advising Jefferies and Peel Hunt as joint sponsors, joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners to Raspberry Pi’s GBP542 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Raspberry Pi is a leading designer and developer of high-performance, low-cost single board computers. 

The A&O Shearman team is being led by London-based partners Maegen Morrison (corporate finance) and Trevor Ingram (capital markets).
