A&O Shearman advises J.P. Morgan on Republic of Trinidad and Tobago bond offering

A&O Shearman represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in connection with the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago’s offering of USD750 million 6.400% Notes due 2034 to be used for general purposes of the government.
The A&O Shearman team was led by Capital Markets partner Alejandro A. Gordano and included Capital Markets associate Gonzalo Robles and visiting attorney Marcello Pompilio.
