A&O Shearman advises Oaktree on assuming ownership of Inter Milan

Following a loan default of the former majority shareholder, ownership of Inter Milan was transferred to Oaktree, which now indirectly owns 99.6% of Inter Milan's share capital.

A&O Shearman in Luxembourg acted as co-counsel on the transaction in collaboration with, among others, Milbank acting as international lead counsel.
