A&O Shearman advises on Hitachi Energy India’s debut INR25.2 billion QIP
A&O Shearman is pleased to announce its role as U.S. counsel to the Lead Managers, ICICI Securities Limited and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, in the successful qualified institutions placement (“QIP”) of Hitachi Energy India Limited (“Hitachi Energy India”).

The QIP raised INR25.2bn, marking a significant milestone for Hitachi Energy India.
