A&O Shearman advises on the financing to KKR in support of the acquisition of TIM’s fixed line network

A&O Shearman has advised a group of financial institutions as lenders of the financing supporting global investment firm KKR for the acquisition of NetCo, TIM’s fixed line network.

The multi-jurisdiction and cross-departmental team advising on the transaction was led by partner Annette Kurdian, supported by senior associates James Ashcroft and Diogo Casqueiro and associates Leonie Adam and Ruby-Jane van Zyl.
