A&O Shearman advises on the Republic of the Philippines' USD2.5bn bond offering
A&O Shearman advised the underwriters in connection with the Republic of the Philippines’ SEC-registered offering of 4.375% U.S. Dollar-Denominated Global Bonds due 2030, 4.750% U.S. Dollar-Denominated Global Bonds due 2035 and 5.175% U.S. Dollar-Denominated Global Bonds due 2049 for an aggregate principal amount of USD2.5 billion.
This offering highlights the Republic’s strategic engagement with global capital markets, demonstrating its commitment to fiscal resilience and economic growth.
