A&O Shearman appoints Paolo Nastasi as new managing partner in Italy

Paolo joined legacy Allen & Overy in 2007 and is a partner in the M&A / private equity practice. With nearly twenty years of experience advising Italian and international clients, including private equity funds, public and private companies, and real estate funds, Paolo has a strong track record across a wide range of transactions in various sectors.
