• Initial purchasers on Tecpetrol’s USD400 million bond offering
• Initial purchasers on Kallpa Generación’s USD500m bond offering and tender offer
• Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. (Interbank) in connection with a USD350m offering of 6.397% Subordinated Notes due 2035
• A Peruvian financial entity with a private placement of up to USD200m social notes to fund small women-owned businesses.
