A&O Shearman represented the underwriters led by J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC in connection with a registered offering by Steel Dynamics, Inc. of USD600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.250% Senior Notes due 2035 and USD400m aggregate principal amount of 5.750% Senior Notes due 2055. 

Steel Dynamics is one of the largest domestic steel producers and metals recyclers in North America with facilities located throughout the United States and Mexico.
