A&O Shearman with Santander CIB on a securitisation of CQS loans
A&O Shearman advised Santander CIB, as senior financier and co-arranger, on a securitisation of receivables arising from consumer loans granted by an Italian originator and assisted by salary assignments.
The A&O Shearman team was led by partner Pietro Bellone, with the support of associate Chiara D’Andolfo. Counsel Elia Ferdinando Clarizia has provided assistance on the tax aspects of the transaction.
