Banco Votorantim Luxembourg branch USD500 million notes offering under MTN program
A&O Shearman advised the dealers in connection with the offering by Banco Votorantim S.A., acting through its Luxembourg Branch, of USD500m 5.875% senior notes due 2028 under Banco Votorantim’s USD5 billion global medium-term note program.

Banco Votorantim is the ninth largest bank in Brazil in terms of loan portfolio, and is jointly controlled by Votorantim Finanças S.A. and Banco do Brasil S.A.
