Bank of Montreal's USD 2.5 billion medium-term notes offering

Our capital markets team represented the underwriters in connection with Bank of Montreal's registered public offering of USD 2.5 billion of medium-term notes, comprised of USD 1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.567% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2027, USD 800 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.640% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2030, and USD 600 million aggregate principal amount of its Floating Rate Notes due 2027, under its U.S. medium-term note program.
