Our capital markets team represented the underwriters in connection with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s (CIBC) public offering of USD400 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes due 2029 and USD1.4bn aggregate principal amount of 4.857% fixed-to-floating senior notes due 2029.
