Dairyland USA Corporation & Chefs’ Warehouse Term Loan Amendment

Shearman & Sterling advised Dairyland USA Corporation and Chefs’ Warehouse Parent, LLC, as Borrowers, in connection with an amendment to their existing senior secured term loan facility agented by Jefferies Finance LLC. Proceeds of the loans under the term loan facility may be used for general corporate purposes.
