Resolution Life’s debut listed bond issuance of USD500 million Tier 2 notes

The notes qualify as Tier 2 regulatory capital in Bermuda and are admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange. The issuance was the first ever listed debt issuance by Resolution Life, a global life insurance group.
