Adarsh has a wide range of experience advising private equity funds, other financial sponsors and corporates on a number of cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and co-investments. Adarsh is based in A&O Shearman’s London office and has also spent time at A&O Shearman’s offices in Singapore and Bangkok.
