She provides assistance on asset-backed securitization transactions, both public and private, in respect of several asset classes, including consumer, commercial mortgage and non-performing loans and for capital relief purposes, as well as, on covered bond programmes.

In the banking sector, Alessia also advises leading Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions, as well as domestic and international corporate entities, in real estate, leverage, syndicated loans and corporate lending transactions, both on the domestic and cross-border markets.
