Alex has advised on a broad range of financing transactions including portfolio acquisitions and disposals and both public and private securitisations of numerous asset classes such as residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, credit cards, auto-loans and bespoke asset classes such as mobile phone handset receivables.
He has experience of advising originators, issuers, arrangers, managers and servicers.
