With extensive experience across a range of energy and infrastructure projects, Alice has particular experience with complex projects and finance transactions notably in the energy, infrastructure and resources sectors. She has been lauded as a ‘rising star’ in the Korean foreign legal market, demonstrating her recognition by clients amongst industry peers.

  • A global fund on its investment in a portfolio of offshore wind assets in Korea, through its Asia-based renewable energy platform.
  • SeAH Wind on its financing for the construction of a monopile manufacturing plant in Teesside, Middlesbrough, UK from K-Sure and UKEF. This is UKEF’s first ever guarantee for inward investment issued under its Invest-to-Export loan guarantee, and the first joint-financing between K-Sure and UKEF for a UK investment by a Korean company.
