Andrei advises on regulatory matters applicable to financial institutions with a focus on payments services, e-money products, payment infrastructures, FinTech solutions, crypto-assets, including MiCAR related issues. 

He also has a strong focus on general governance matters, outsourcing arrangements (incl. DORA), AML/CTF and conduct of business rules for professionals of the financial sector. 

Andrei joined the Luxembourg Banking Lawyers’ Association (ALJB). He is also a member of various working groups (including the Payments Cluster) at the Luxembourg Bankers' Association (ABBL). 
Andrei is an active member of our FinTech task force, supporting a wide range of clients, from established financial institutions to start-ups developing innovative solutions.
