Angela is Global Head of Advanced Delivery & Solutions, which focuses on providing cost effective tech-enabled solutions to clients of the firm.

In September 2024, the AD&S team was shortlisted for Alternative Legal Service Provider of the Year.
 
Prior to heading the AD&S team, Angela was a partner in the Securitisation group for 19 years, working on many market leading transactions (including market firsts for the creation of UK covered bonds and UK master trusts). Angela's expertise was recognised when she won Best in Structured Finance in the Europe Women in Business Law Awards in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. 
 
Angela sits on a number of internal committees in the firm. She was a member of the firm's global Board from 2014-2018. Angela also leads several key client relationships with financial institutions. She is interested in developing innovation in the legal industry. Outside of the firm, Angela acts as the Chair of a challenger bank.
