She has deep experience of private M&A, in particular navigating complex brand and product acquisitions and disposals, as well as capital raises, joint ventures, public takeovers, reorganisations and restructurings.

  • Asahi Group on its USD 11.3bn acquisition of Carlton & United Breweries, the Australian arm of Anheuser-Busch InBev by way of auction.
  • Life Healthcare on its GBP 910m sale of Alliance Medical Group to iCON Infrastructure.
  • Kyowa Kirin International on its joint venture collaboration with Grünenthal in respect of KKI's established medicines portfolio.
  • SIG on its EUR 222.7m sale of its Air Handling Division to France Air Group.
  • SIG on its agreement with Clayton Dublilier & Rice to invest up to GBP 85m in SIG and SIG’s related firm placing, placing and open offer raising an additional GBP 80m.
