  • Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc on the acquisition of Evri, one of the UK’s largest parcel delivery companies, from Advent International (previous firm experience).
  • One Equity Partners and Buckthorn Partners in their acquisition of Acteon Group, the international offshore energy infrastructure services business, from entities controlled and/or advised by KKR (previous firm experience).
  • Buckthorn Partners in its US$210 Million Sale of Coretrax to Expro (previous firm experience).
  • Ashtead Technology in its acquisition of ACE Winches (previous firm experience).
  • One Equity Partners and Buckthorn Partners in connection with their acquisition of Amey UK from Ferrovial (previous firm experience).
  • A U.S. private equity sponsor on its acquisition of a leading global producer of specialty resins for $2.4 billion.
