Arabella has over five years’ experience in corporate tax matters with a focus on transactional and advisory direct tax work. 

Arabella has worked with a variety of clients across a broad range of industries providing tax advice on the establishment of international funds, inbound and outbound investment, tax due diligence, structuring and preparation of transaction documents for both private equity and public M&A deals, advising on and establishing employee share scheme plans for local and international clients, helping clients understand the tax implications of the movement of international employees into Australia as well as a wide variety of pro-bono support for charitable entities.

Arabella was the winner in the taxation category in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in 2022.
