Astrid specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital market transactions.

Astrid advises French and foreign corporate companies, financial institutions, or investment funds in connection with their international and/or domestic corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, consortium and shareholder arrangements. She also assists on capital market transactions (in particular IPOs or capital increases) as well as governance aspects.

Astrid has been with the firm since September 2020.

  • SOFIAC on the incorporation of a French structure with French financial investors dedicated to sustainable finance to expand it energy efficiency solution to the French market.
  • Omnes on Crédit Agricole Assurances’ stake acquisition in renewable portfolio from a gas and oil company.
  • DomusVi on its acquisition of the Medeos group (leading care services groups for elderly people with a strong footprint in the south of France).
  • Weinberg Capital Partners on the disposal of the Alliance Marine Group (French leader in the design, production and distribution of boating accessories for the leisure boating, watersports activities and commercial marine industry).

Pro bono

  • Teaching children about key legal concepts that have an impact to them depending on their age (such as harassment, privacy, discrimination etc.) through the Initiadroit programme.
