Ben is an associate in the global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice, based in our Washington, D.C. office.
His practice focusses on federal income tax matters related to renewable energy projects. Prior to joining the firm he was a Tax Manager with AES Clean Energy leading tax analysis on utility-scale and distributed generation renewable project acquisitions – particularly relating to solar, wind, stand-alone storage, and green hydrogen projects.
