Brittany counsels U.S. and multi-national clients on a range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in both the public and private contexts, internal reorganizations and governance.
She also advises clients across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on retail and consumer products. She represents both strategic corporate clients and private equity firms, and has experience drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence and providing general corporate advice. Brittany has also completed a secondment to the firm’s London office.

Christie’s, the world-leading art and luxury business, on the sale of its Christie’s International Real Estate business. 
 

Greif, Inc., the NYSE-listed, Ohio-based global industrial packaging company, in connection with its USD 300mn acquisition of Lee Container. 
 

A Danish public company and global leader in intelligent audio solutions, and its portfolio companies, on the Series B investment in and subsequent merger with and into Lively Hearing Corporation, a New York based start-up company specializing in providing online, direct to consumer hearing aids. 
 

A global healthcare company on the divestment of various over the counter skincare brands in two separate transactions, spanning markets in over 50 countries. 
 

The Nielsen Company on its acquisition of the Precima customer analytics business of Alliance Data Systems, Inc., the NYSE-listed provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions. 
 

Hitachi Ltd. on its $1.4 billion acquisition of JR Automation Technologies, LLC, an automated manufacturing and distribution technology solutions company based in Holland, Michigan.
