Caroline's main areas of work include structured finance, securitization and factoring, in which areas she regularly advises originators, arrangers, investors and management companies on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
She has worked on a wide range of asset classes (including trade receivables, auto loans, real estate loans, tax receivables and factoring receivables) and on different types of financing structures (including ABCP and non-ABCP securitizations, refinancing transactions, secured loans and issuances of notes privately or publicly placed, ad hoc refinancings and synthetic securitizations). Her practice also includes advising major banks on their legal covered bonds programmes.
