Her main practice areas are buyer side acquisitions, seller side divestments (including auctions) and corporate advice and she has a special interest in M&A transactions in the FIG sector. She also advises clients in relation to commercial contract law.
Chaïmae is also specialised in financial law and has worked as an associate in the International Capital Markets team in Amsterdam. Her main practice area was debt transactions and she advised across the spectrum of (debt) capital markets, including advising clients on EMTN programmes and various types of bond issues.
Chaïmae graduated from Leiden University in 2021, where she obtained masters degrees in Corporate law and Financial law, and joined the firm in May 2021.
