Charles Akinboyewa

Charles focuses on complex commercial, antitrust, and securities litigation, as well as government and internal investigations.

Charles has represented large financial institutions and corporations in federal and state courts in connection with antitrust and securities class actions, government investigations and enforcement actions, and other complex disputes. Charles has also represented clients in advertising and unfair competition litigation under the Lanham Act and state laws.

Charles is actively involved in pro bono work, including federal criminal appeals and housing discrimination matters.

Charles also contributes to the firm's Need-to-Know Litigation Weekly regarding Securities Litigation, and he is actively involved in BLAQUE: an associate-run inclusion network committed to enhancing the representation of Black associates and partners at the firm.
