Christine advises clients on general ICM and banking matters, including structured finance transactions, securitization and fiduciary structures, and placement and buy backs of securities.

She also advises financial institutions and fintechs on the structuring and issuance of debt and digital securities and on regulatory matters involving crypto-assets and distributed ledger technology (DLT).

Christine holds a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris in France and a LLM in Banking and Finance Law from the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University
