Ciara has experience in acting in and advising on complex litigation, including general commercial disputes and contractual disputes, as well as advising on corporate solvencies and court approval of schemes of arrangement under the Corporations Act.
Ciara has represented multi-national corporations, government agencies and global financial institutions in complex litigation in Australia and also has experience in banking and finance, specifically fund finance and leverage finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
