This includes the establishment and update of issuance programmes for bonds, structured products and other debt securities pursuant to the EU Prospectus Regulation, and the assistance with the approval of prospectuses by regulatory authorities such as BaFin and CSSF.

Further, Corinna is assisting with the preparation of ETF-listings on the German stock exchange and the registration of non-German UCITS for the distribution in Germany. She also regularly coordinates multi-jurisdictional projects.
