Dan advises on a wide range of banking transactions, including general corporate financing, margin financing, real-estate and structured financing as well as other cross-border bilateral or syndicated loan transactions. 

She regularly works with major financial institutions, funds and multinational borrowers from Greater China and Asia.

Dan also has experience working with the leveraged and acquisition finance team of a major financial institution in Hong Kong as a secondee.

  • A number of international and PRC financial institutions on financings for Agile Group Holdings Limited.
  • An international syndicate of banks on an acquisition financing for the privatization of a fashion design business.
  • An international private credit fund on financings to provided to various PRC real-estate companies in connection with the urban renewal projects.
  • A syndicate of banks on pre-IPO financings in connection with a PRC household home appliance brand.
  • Various financial institutions on general corporate financings extended to state-backed enterprises in the PRC.
